As a guy, I would have to say multiple orgasms sound pretty awesome.

Multiple orgasms, because it's not so bad peeing sitting down. Sitting down = resting. Plus, when we're at the doctor's, you get used to not having great aim and you compensate. Sorry, looks like we win.

Not that I've ever experienced the sensation that is peeing standing up- but I can tell you that I highly doubt it's superiority over the multiple orgasm.
