My social life has been fairly non existent the last few years. Now I don't blame anyone but myself but after the first year I have been up here I think I have added 3 new numbers to my phone and none of them female ( Read more... )

Such has been my online dating experience too. :-/ But I found one that likes to respond and we went on a date. And she still talks to me. I know the online stuff can work.

I'm trying out the online dating stuff too. It's odd. I may actually try meeting up with one or two people in the next few weeks, but I'm suspicious about the whole idea of dating Muggles.

OKCupid is SO much better than Craigslist. On Craigslist they just email you photos of their junk if you're a girl. Bad cameraphone photos. In what world is that an acceptable first email tactic? (Or ever?)

I can think of many scenarios it would be gloriously inappropriate in, but they all involve our friends, not strangers. I refer you to the webcam incident at Ground Zero.

I've had mixed results with online dating, though I'm guessing our intended demographics only overlap a little. In the vanilla world, I blatantly sell myself as a geeky woman in search of geeky women, and the honest tactic thing works pretty well ( ... )

So what I am hearing is quality and composition is everything. I am thinking maybe two kiwis and a sliced open catelope for some color and scale.

So far I am on match and okay Cupid actaully like the free site better so far. On both sites my user name is mark_x. Where the x is my current zip code 98109. I am awful at writting and grammer if anyone is bored wants to take a look and shoot me feedback it would be awesome.
