I'm paying this guy to basically kick my ass for two hours a week and I feel like I've been hit by a Mack truck.

I better end up with quads/glutes/bis/tris/lats/all-those-other-half-words-he-throws around of STEEL, or I may have to kill Mr. I-Shave-More-Often-Than-You-Do.
