I am so completely overwhelmed by everything right now. My life feels as though it has been turned upside down. Nothing truly traumatic has happened but I am really feeling anxious. I have just moved to a new rental house. I am aloud to have 2 dogs but I also have 3 cats that are in there and I am constnantly worried that the landlord is going

Why not go out somewhere and meet people? See if you can find a way to revisit your old friends or see if you have something in common with your co-workers.
