job update!

no time to elaborate because i'm running off to the angelika, but the interview went great today and if the one tomorrow goes well, it looks like i may have the option of becoming a scab flight attendant for a month (or two, or three) for nwa. my interviewer said that i rated the highest out of all the other applicants they'd seen all day and if

Well, it's only for a little while, and that's only if the current flight attendants strike. Then again, I googled "northwest airlines" and "flight attendants" and came up with some pretty interesting hits on USAToday.com and Detroit News. I'm sad for them, but then again, I understand the airline's point of view in not wanting service to be disrupted should the flight attendants decide to strike.

It feels weird to jump on to a sinking ship, even if only briefly...

Well, however folks feel about scabs, it is a neat opportunity, and I'm curious to see how it turns out.
