I'm so sorry to hear that you've been struggling with these feelings. However, I am encouraged by your willingness to talk about the struggle you are going through. That in and of itself takes strength, in my opinion.
Like, for me, even talking about my anxiety provokes it further and makes me feel so incredibly vulnerable b/c I've been judged so fucking hard for sharing in the past... which is why my journal has like 5 followers and I'm happy with it being that way. Because those that do have access to it, like you, can hopefully relate without casting judgment like so many others would if given the chance to see inside my head.
I also use music to help soothe, heal, cope. Sometimes it is the only thing I want in the world and I despise anyone else's efforts to try and "fix" me and/or interrupt my inner dialogue.
All this being said, I hope it all levels out for you soon. <3
