We go to New Orleans this weekend. One of those 'damn we are broke but we have something special to celebrate so why not go to New Orleans' questions popped up last week

oh gosh theres tons!!! what kinds of things are you looking to do?

if youre into haunted stuff, outside of nola is the most haunted place in the US-the myrtles plantation in st francisville, which i think is about an hour and a half away from new orleans. they have regular tours, a neat resteraunt and they have ghost tours on fri and sat. of course the most fun thing would be to stay overnight but theyre super expensive.

ah... didn't get this till too late.. It was amazing to see all the history and older architecture and then WHAM! High rises and tall glass towers. Damn..

The tourist get on some of the NOLA natives nerves don't er.. we..?

Always wanted to go to New Orleans... sounds like an interesting place. Especially if you like sticking needles into familiar looking dolls?

I'm off to West Wales this weekend. Can't get the Welsh anthem out of my head.
