im sorry you are so tired and i hope that you had a better night at work then last time.... hang in there. you should be proud of yourself for kicking ass on the diet and being motivated enough to actually have a job, unlike your lazy friends. we miss you though!!!!!

Don't worry work was fine. It was afterwards that was terrible.
