Internet Withdrawal

Pet Peeve- Parking Spot Stalkers
Why do people insist on stopping every 2 seconds to ask pedestrians if they will soon be leaving so they can follow them to their parking spot? This clogs up traffic for people headed for spots that are already open. Knock it off already!
