It depends what kind of account you have. You have Variable Flow, which means you can do all of this.

* Content resize

* Disable userpics on friends view
* Entry background
* Entry background properties
* Entry Border
* Font size
* Font specification
* Page background
* Page background properties
* Position of journal links
* Position of journal title
* Position of comments
* Top and bottom margins
