I never knew i could get so homesick so quickly. Maybe i'm just not giving it a chance, maybe i don't want to give it a chance. Being here is hard, i'm not even enjoying the new city! exciting! aspect

i feel ya, baby
i know i'm only here with you for 2 weeks, but i'm actually feeling the same way. things will feel better once we find you a place and a job and get you settled.
but for now it just feels... shaky?
we'll have fun. we'll see a couple shows, wander NY while we pretend to be locals but still feel like strangers in this town as people stare us up and down on the streets at night. but hey, come winter break when i'm back, you WILL be the local and i'll be the only one people are questioning.
