Upon a Birthday

My friend Sarah made us this amazing pasta at Katie´s place last night. It was incredible. I think every vegetable known to man was in that sauce. This was all accompanied my a salad with mango, avocado and macadamia nuts involved and a wicked amount of red wine. I missed wine so much while in the US, it´s slightly painful
