i think i'd do most of those things except maybe writing letters and remember dates, although i'd probably make sure to write em down.
Another thing i'd add to it is just on a random morning instead of rushing to do everything to start it off, just chill, get some grapes / strawberries and just slowly wake up on a weekday morning. (breakfast in bed)
I think for someone to be able to do those things the person needs to appreciate a lot of things and not take them for granted, and that i think comes from being picked on, or after an injury, i think it's a narrow spectrum of life for those qualities.
Like a lot of things we take for granted, like being able to write, or to just look at things. If your finger gets broken and you can't write and you have to miss it to appreciate it, after you realize the small things that most people take for granted then you can i think be happier in the end
try breaking your ankle. its makes walking a bit difficult. it's only then that you can truly appreciate the ability to walk or feel sorrow for those who cant.
