Only thing that would make this picture rule harder: if the drink was either a big gulp or a can of some cheap-ass beer. Regional if possible, Pabst, Oly, or Hamm's otherwise. Even Budweiser would do in a pinch.

Agreed, although I think the fact that it's not a beer makes it even better, in this case.
