Surprise fiction attack!

First attempt at speculative Heroes fiction.  It's slashy, or pre-slash, or somewhere in there.  Here goes. It's Sylar and Mohinder, because they're pretty much thermonuclear together, in Mohinder's laboratory, in a missing scene from the second season finale, "Powerless."

Title: Ten Minutes
Pairing: Sylar/Mohinder, Heroes
Rating: R for language and ( Read more... )

Ha! Yeah, sorry about the lack of actual, y'know, smex, but I was trying to keep it entirely within the boundaries of the episode, so really, nobody was going to get any hot smexing, unless they locked poor Molly in a closet or something first, preferably with an iPod and an ice cream bar to keep her happy and occupied. Glad you enjoyed it!

Oh, why oh why, have you only been lurking!?

That was so good. The tension you created between these two in this, had me on the edge of my seat throughout. I totally agree with Mabes, there needs to be some bribing in order so we can have a sequel.
Seriously, fandom has ruined my brain, and my morals because I was waiting for Sylar to make good on his threat, well, pref. without Molly as an audience, that idea - made me sick to my stomach and just heightened Mohinder's panic throughout.

“This is why I traveled thousands of miles for you. This is why I will always come after you.”

That line, right there, made me weak in the knees. So good. I really hope we get a sequel. This fic deserves it!

Kudos!!

Thanks so much! Yes, I think having Molly in the vicinity raises the stakes for Mohinder from "This is a really, really bad idea" to "There is no way in hell this is going to happen." So glad you enjoyed it...

No sequel plans, at least not at the present time, but who knows? Thank you very much for reading/commenting; it's much appreciated.

WOW! What a way to come out of lurking!

Oh my god, this was so intense! I loved the dialogue you had going on between them, soooo good.

Guh.

Ooooh, please do a sequel! Please? :D

Those two are fun to write -- blood enemies who have a lot of common ground and who are maybe kinda sorta totally hot for each other? Seriously, it's hard to go wrong with such a great pairing. I'm glad you enjoyed it! :-)

OMG. That was so good but so unsettling. Just very, very creepy. The idea that Sylar was going to rape Mohinder, says he intends to rape Mohinder sometime in the future, and still expects him to want him - yeah, creepy!!

Sylar excels at creepy. I think he majored in Creepy at college (with a minor in watch repair). And if you were to ask him about it, I think he'd totally fail to see the creepiness ("What? I just implied I might rape him at some point in the future. What's the big deal?"). It's just part of what makes him so awesome.
