Whatever it is, will you still make me sandwiches? I'm afraid I can't live without them. That... banana, peanut butter concoction was particularly good.
I did consider an orchard, but farming may be even better. One wonders if they could still succeed with growing in this weak light.
... Ah, but then, one could perhaps request a small plot on the upper level, and transport the food to the lower level. I could have a cart. I did always have a fondness for carts.

...sir.
Whatever the reason may be...I hope things work out for you. This company would be nowhere without you...well, of course, considering you started it---now I sound utterly ridiculous. But you built up this company to this point, and you deserve so much admiration for that.
We'll do the best we can with ShuRa from this point on, and we'd be honored to have you back with us in whatever position you want.

I'm flattered, Allelujah. Still, a general is nothing without his soldiers. Your discipline and actions have supported the company far more than you may realise. You, and everyone else here, built up this company just as much as I did. You are the company.

Thank you. With Celestial Being the group I was in back home being...well, we can't do here what we always did, but being in this company has helped us achieve some of our goals, anyway, in trying to create peace here. And we're all grateful for that.
We all hope so too, not to be pressuring you at all, but...we'll all miss you, anyway.
I understand your motives. Sincerely I have always preferred to be in a secondary position, perhaps you feel the same in this right moment. Considering the situation it seems we have swapped roles?
However, I will like to leave clear if you feel the need to return to your position or disagree with some of my actions do not hesitate in expressing it.
It is clear you are a charismatic figure, the moral skeleton of Shu-Ra. Even if our tactical minds are similar, that is something I lack. You are appreciated and respected, I am of a more introverted and silent nature. Perhaps unintentionally detached and apathetic.
My first movement will be to collect information regarding all the employees I will also attempt to negotiate with the SOLDIERs and ShinRa.

Of course, Kurama. More than anything else, however, trust yourself and your abilities as I do, and I doubt you'll go far wrong. Even if you chose to have another take the head position, I doubt very much that I would find your decision questionable. We are, in that respect, all too alike. You have been an excellent shadow, but I would also like to join you in the background at this time. It's where I've always been most comfortable.
... I suppose I've changed quite a lot from what I once was. I certainly can't say I was terribly charismatic on arrival. I was downright disliked, in fact, and that was perhaps more comfortable in its own way. If nothing else, there's certainly been and is sure to be even more time for change.
Thank you. It is my intention to offer my abilities to create a small connection between ShuRa and ShinRa in the near future, so perhaps it will feed into our endeavours. I should have more details soon.

Perhaps after a week, depending how it develops, there ca be a sort of election. If the employees feel there is someone they trust more than myself, then I will not deny them that possibility.
Would you like to be the one in-charge of the negotiation with ShinRa? I understand you and Rufus understood each other in the past, in other words, it gives you an advantage in how to lead the negotiation. You know him, while he does not.

You should become a farmer. I've heard its really relaxing. And you can grow huge pumpkins and watermelons. That'd be fun.
