I do not trust this Celestial Being group, and I am displeased that they have dragged their misguided war into this city. However, as they are, I believe that they will be useful in helping to solve Mr. Schenberg's murder. Many of them are members of ShuRa. I imagine that their double allegiance will not last long.

The murder of the girl Max has had very little attention as of yet.

I believe Ms. Sheena is on the kidnapping case. She will require backup, as she is acting out of anger.

Today the electricity project will be applied to a small area of the city for a test run.
I must agree with Treize-san, most of the Celestial being members are part of ShuRa. We cannot assume an unfriendly or suspicious attitude toward them. Though reading their actions, I can tell they share an unity, deep trust and companionship, which does not happen between the other members of ShuRa. Just as Treize-san remarked it, I do not think their double allegiance will last for long.

In this moment, displaying the groups as you proposed seems the wisest. I must apologize for my absence, sometimes I fail to be everywhere.
