Have you ever noticed how bizarre food packaging has gotten?? I took a good look at my gum packaging and here is a list of things I found funny

Yes it is in caps and bold as well. Apparently it is a warning for someone with PKU disorder that the product contains aspartame. PKU from what I read is some sort of enzyme disorder that does not allow for the proper metabolism of a paticular amino acid.
4) Trident white is "Not a significant source of other nutrients" (other than 2 g of carbs) - so prepare to get scurvy if you decide to go on the Trident White diet.
AKA Pirates and pilgrims shouldn't chew Trident.
I don't have any interesting food stuff around since I'm moving tomorrow and everything is packed. lol

Directly after the consumer affairs number on the back (do cylinders have a back?) of the Diet Pepsi can is the following quizzical sentence: "Store in a cool place"
This Pepsi can got pretty damn lucky, because with my Yoda cup topper, Despiar.com demotivational posters, and Gogandantes action figure artistic model, I feel confident in saying that my office is a really cool place.
I'm not around any food labels at the moment, but I do find the amount of information, nutritional as well as "safe usage", that is printed on our products somewhat unnatural. Just a glowing example of how litigation lawyers have undermined human [social] darwinism.
Smirnoff Icethe_bard75September 24 2006, 00:32:25 UTC
So I'm having a Smirnoff Ice and since I'm reading about lables I glance at this one. I find it amusing that on the back of the bottle in tiny tiny print is the Warning that it's bad for you...part 2 especially: " Consumption of Alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery." and then in tiny italicized print that you'll never read after having a few it says "drink responsibly" It's just amuses me...probably cause I'm very very tired and having an alcoholic beverage. :)
