How do you apologize to someone who doesnt want to listen?

if they won't listen, write them a letter... :)
You can tell if someone cares about you if they show interest in your achievements and your life... even the boring parts of it...
Someone who cares about you will lift you up when you're down just cuz. You'll know if they care by the way they treat you.
