Ideals List
My current assignment from my sponsor is to write out my list of things I want in an ideal partner. I did this once before. I had a bad feeling back then when doing it. Epiphanies
I had a moment of clarity yesterday. I realized something that released a lot of my fears. I have been living in my fears for the past week, letting them control me. Not even my fears originally, but the fears, anxieties, and insecurities of others was triggering my fear, anxiety, and insecurities. Getting Accidentally Triggered
I think I am being accidentally triggered. It's weird what new triggers you end up having after a bad relationship ends.
I've had some time to think about it and I feel a little bit better. Triggers are easier to deal with once you figure where they are coming from.
