Haircut help!!

I've been meaning to cut my hair for months. Really, months. at some point in late july kate trimmed the back and sides for me. I thought about a fauxhawk when I was at camp, but decided my hair was a little long and curly for that, and I don't much like product anyway. since then, it's just grown. it looks a little like this ancient profile ( Read more... )

I got a good haircut at the Chelsea Barber, on 23rd between 9th and 10th (closer to 10th.) If I remember right it was $30 before tip, and much better than one of those $12-on-8th-ave hackjobs. I got a fairly standard "#2 on the back and sides and a little longer/choppier on top" haircut but I loved it. They are not avant-garde, but they are really good barbers.

you can also try jill hanson - i can email you her infoz. i don't know if you knew her while she was at wes, but she's a friend of mine and lynn c.p.'s through alpha delt and she gives pretty good haircuts for cheap. she lives in the east village/union sq area. she's been cutting my hair for a year and a half, and she's the one who gave lynn her funky new 'do, see facebook for pix. let me know!! :)
