I <3 Dutch men and their techno music.

I have returned from WorldCamp USA! It was great fun! The weather was pretty darned hot. There was NO rain at Swarthmore. I burnt my nose and my face pigment has deepened to a different race. I have blisters on my back from sunburn. Or just some other type of bump on my sunburnt back. Ouchies, does it hurt! I miss the camp already seeing as it will probably be the last field hockey camp of my life since I don't plan on pursuing the dream of college field hockey. There were three Madison teams since we sent so many facking girls. But I liked having all those teams. Last year when we brought two teams and our varsity team lost everything. All the scrimmages and the tournament weren't that impressive either. We only won skit night. This year. We won all the scrimmages, went to the finals for the tournament and achieved 2nd place out of 16 teams, tied for first for the skits (but the other girls stripped down to their athletic skivvies and their other teams cheered loudly, so that doesn't count) and thoroughly raped everyone at camp. Pretty much. It was fun winning since last year we were the ones getting thoroughly raped. The Dutch men were hot as always. The guys were actually more attractive last year, but they brought in some new faces this session. We got Taco again this year as our coach. What an amazingly wonderful guy. He's the older of the professional players in his high 30s and all the other guys in their mid 20s, but he won the '96 Atlanta Olympic Gold for Holland. The medal was heavy and the ribbon part of the necklace was so beautiful and strong. I wore it so much that last day. I'm so happy we had Taco this year. What a lax guy. And there's nothing he can't do as his real occupation is computer programming, he speaks great English, Spanish, and French, and he treasures his field hockey friends, his niece, his cat, and his girlfriend. We love Taco and the Taco Stretch!

In 1996, penalty corner specialist Taco van den Honert of Holland, with 11 goals, was the top scorer in the Atlanta Olympic Games. Taco was selected as a member of the "World Eleven" (the best 11 players in the World) and recognized as MVP of "World Eleven" - the Best of the Best! He has played in 218 international matches and scored 188 goals.

I already miss camp already and it's sad that we probably won't see the wonderful Sebastiaan, Timo, Colin, and Alex, who we met both years we attended. One of the new guys looks like Nick Carter. One of the new guys was hot but a dickhole. And one of the guys looked like my best friend's brother's best friend but 15 years older. I took some really good pictures this year to remember camp through, but I was disappointed as my camera ran out of batteries on the way to the fields the last day of camp. So I couldn't take pictures when everyone else did. So I basically took pictures on everyone else's cameras. I got Taco's picture, signature, screenname, and hug. I'll miss him.

It's sad that the next time I see all the girls it will be tryouts. And we're all going to die.
