Hello and how are you?

Last night I did nothing. And it was pretty great. I was online for multiple hours of course. And then I started a book. It was a pleasant relaxing evening.

Technology is the greatest. This summer I've been introduced to the
  • iPod
  • MacBook Pro
  • New Sims 2 Additional Packs
  • Canon Powershot 630
  • and whatever cell phone I decide to upgrade to

When it comes to iPods and MacBooks, educational discounts are your best friends. Most especially if your school has a custom store, which then it gets even cheaper =D.

... well... cheaper than usual at least. =/

But really. Free 3 year warrenties are yummy.

Did your school supply you with this 3 year warranty for free?

I haven't acctually ordered it yet, because I'm a lamer. But yes, it seems the warrenty is free. It's the 15.4 in MacBook Pro (which is still enough for me) for something like $1918, and that's with a 3 year warranty. The only slight down side is if I order it, I'll need to drive by the campus to pick it up.

Gee. I REALLY hope that offer doesn't expire any time soon. ;_;

Dear Catherine,

I, too, was a skeptical Mac user. Not that I've bought my MacBook Pro yet, but I plan to! I think it's the newest technology and you can use Apple AND Windows on it! It's pretty much a win win situation. My friends who have bought it all say that it's pretty easy to use and there are so many nifty things to play around with. I heard that graphic design and photos are better on Macs. But games are far superior on Windows. Thus, I am going to play The Sims 2 on my Windows side (in the future, whenever that may be) and do everything else on the Apple side. I think you should go for the Mac. Everything is pretty user-friendly these days. And yes, the nano is a big (yet conveniently small) incentive!
