First off i generally cant swallow them and having a swollen mouth/throat doesnt help the process. Also they have upset my stomach horribly leading me to lose like 10 pounds in 3 days...unhealthy. haha no it was a total nightmare! you have no idea! i woke up and was like fuck! whats going on here. i looked under my bed to make sure no smurfs were gonna grab me haha. i'll tell you the whole story some other time lol.
