i too wish there were a gum or patch!!! thats awesome that youre motivated enough to get into the gym though! so many people just talk about signing up for gyms and whatnot and NEVER do it... like me :(
do you get enough meat in your diet? it sounded like you were craving protien and working out will do that. a burger at home with some lean ground beef and veggies would be way healthier. they are so easy to pan cook, grilling can take alot of time and preparation, unless you have a foreman grill.yeah...working at whole foods has kinda got me into nutrition...
