1. YEAH. it takes more muscle than i expected...gimme a break we were surfing for like 5 hours!

You obviously know hardly anything about surfing, or else you would at least know what a rashguard IS. It's a thin shirt like thing you wear under your wetsuit to keep you from getting a rash or that you wear to protect your stomach if you don't have on a wetsuit.
Hahahahaha and it doesn't take that much muscle, just in your arms...

hahahahah yeah my arms are sore from surfing and my legs and stomach are sore from cross country =\ and no...i dont know like anything about surfing...yesterday was my frist time ever and i suck but i hope ill get better:)

I KID. But yeah, some things can make you so sore and you just have no idea until the next day. Thats what happened to me when I went riding. I hadn't been in..months! And yeah lets just say cantering a pony's no day at the beach..unless you're surfing...cause then it'd probably hurt just as much..
