House offer, Apt. woes, etc.

From what our realtor said, it doesn't sound like the bank is going to accept our first offer. Hopefully, the counter offer will be acceptable. We are approved for the full asking price of the house, but hopefully they will accept a little less than their asking price anyway. Negotiating is scary. I really want this house. Question. I want to buy some RS stuff to help with your house acquisition but I will be out of town for at least another week, so I don't want the stuff sent there yet. If I buy now, is there a way to request a specific ship date of next Monday? Don't want to miss the sale. :)
