I could try wearing it around my neck! I would look so hip and fashionable, and then everyone would start wearing neck skirts. THEN a new kick ass genre of music would be created around "Neck Skirts", and in 6 months I'd be god. God of all the Neck Skirters, muhuahahahhaha!
