Ah...that's right. Dizzy's one of the ones I don't know about. (Not familar with her source, but everytime I see the name it makes me pause cause I use it sometime s;P)

What about those who have the sharingan? (Itachi, Sasuke, Kakashi, and Tobi[?*notsure*]) Just thought I'd ask since sharingan has the capability to see through illusion techniques...

If it can see through illusions I'll say it can see through Tooboe's illusion. Only when its working, though ;P

Makes sense, then, since for most of the characters it's not active all the time. Even though Kakashi's is active all the time, though, he covers it up when it's not in use anyway~

IDK, "...something's not right here" vibe? (Wolves don't really function emotionally like humans, but he'd probably still see the illusion 'cuz he's... uhm...dead mostly-human-at-least-half? >.o; Argh. Had to use manga-canon, didn't I...)

As far as I can tell, in Wolf's Rain wolves emotions are pretty much the same as human's...but I can't recall if Hisoka can sense emotions of, say, things from the Imaginary world or not...
But I think him not seeing through the illusion but being able to pick up that something's "off" sounds reasonable. Probably not a void of no emotion he's likely to get from the Nobodies, but perhaps something like getting that Tooboe is always hiding something? Or what you mentioned ^^;
