This little ficlet is what came from reading Alternamorphs. The narrator complained so much, that HotPinkCoffee and I wondered what would happen if Tobias got fed up with it. Under the cut for language.
"Hey, give me a break, its been pretty hard. I keep changing schools, having to meet new people, and-"\

"Oookay, someone woke up on the wrong side of the branch."
"Um, Tobias, are you okay?"
{Yeah, I'm great! I just love listening to some whiny little bitch complain about how bad his life is!}
"Well, I didn't say it was horrible, I just-"
{No! No! You know what, I am sick of listening to everyone complain about their home lives! Yeah, going to a new school sucks. You know what sucks more? Going to a new school practically every year while getting traded back and forth between your ABUSIVE AUNT AND UNCLE!!! And at least you had someone to go home to! You ever have to turn in beer cans for the deposit so you have money for lunch, which is gonna get stolen anyway?! Ooh, poor little middle-class military brat, were the new kids being meeeaaan? Did they smash your face into the wall? Kick you in the ribs? Break your arm? No? Then don't talk about bullies; you have no idea what bullies are!!!}
