Fifth Play : The Crimson Lady and Dusty Peasant

“The fated two had met then

Two contrasting individuals

Will they able to carve the path together?”

The new girl at the abbey

Stripped off her crimson gown

Exchanged with plain dusty dress

Hidden within was her pride

The frail boy of the atelier

Pretending to have his freedom

‘Journeying’ to Abbey of ‘Faraway Lands’

Brought with him was ‘Legendary Swords’

The girl was sweeping floor

Doing things she has never done before

The boy was doing his chores

Doing things he’d kill to quit

The contrasting two met…

“Ei, Girl, where is the abbot?

Me need tae give these tae ‘im

So me can finish today’s chores”

In her royal accent she replied

“What doth speak

We doth not understood

Please leave us be”

+)O’ contrasting two

Born and raised differently

Both unknown to the world

One stripped off innocence

One stripped off freedom

Contrasting each other

They got used to each other’s presence

Albeit the huge gap between their origin

They got used to each other’s existence +(

The boy who born and raised in secluded world

The girl who had travelled all way

Curious on what the girl brought

From the unknown land beyond

Appalled by the innocence she no longer possess

Of the boy oblivious to hideous face of Truth

Amazed by the freedom he never possess

Of the girl that refused to share

Despite the appalling innocence

She had no one to talk to

For she dreads being alone

Despite of the unwanted jealousy

He wishes to comprehend

What beyond the tiny window of his atelier

“Ah, huge chasm of contrary figures”

Deep within, she wishes his company

Deep within, he wishes her smile

Done with the chores

He ran toward the Abbey

And found the girl

Sweeping still the dusty chapel

“Come with, me shall show ye faraway land”

Curious, the girl took the outstretching hand

Without question, without doubt

Both left the chapel together

Toward the grasslands beyond

“What’s with t’is land? There seems to be nothing”

“Ei! Me Eior the Great

Me has crossed seven seas

Conquered all roads on earth”

“What’s with that? Thou acted like a King’s fool!”

“Hahahaha!”

Rather unwillingly the girl

Played along the boy

Within the imaginative adventure

And danger that awaits them

In that imaginative world

The two hunted for gold and diamonds

Slaying immortal dragons

Saving kingdoms off evil counselors

Bewitching sirens on the high seas

Straying dryads within forests

Freezing breath of Snow Goddess

Glittering spark of the faeries

“We are Commander of Cross!

Those refuse Truth shall be slain by our hands!”

“See, ye enjoy the play”

“Die! Infidel!”

“What? Fer real????”

+)O’ contrasting two

Born and raised differently

Both unknown to the world

One stripped off innocence

One stripped off freedom

Despite the huge difference between

They were together, paying the contrast no mind

Playing together, in that imaginative world

Where all dreams equal  +(

“Sit down fer a bit”

“Thou dost not need to remind us”

The girl sat on the green plains

Listening to the songs of the wind

The gentle brush of the breeze

And the swaying emerald grass

Then, ruby red flowers showered onto her

Instead of the silk white cloud

They came from the tiny hands

Of the freedom yearning boy

“T’is called Memories”

Not encrusted in jewels

Not coated in gold

But by red beating the brilliance of Ruby

And smile that gold could never buy

If there were thing she never lost

Was her life and pride

If there were things she could regain

Was trust and …smile

He crafted rings, necklaces, bracelets

Things that women would die for

But never had he met

Girl who smiled so sweet for flowers

If there were things he never lost

Was his life and innocence

If there were things he would obtain

Was freedom and …smile

“So…they understood each other”

The boy who had grown wings

With the help of girl from faraway kingdom

The girl who had found trust

With the help of boy of faraway hamlet

Sharing their imaginative world

On the golden plain of wheat

Under the crimson sunset

Together beat Trial and Quest

Skipping work and chores

For a glimpse of faraway land

Smiling at each other

Bringing more smile to those gaze at them

On a starry night of a festival

They would skip and talk

Under the glittering veil

Of Lady Night

“Me want tae see the world

Tae see what beyond the plains

Tae see what yonder

Me want tae see all thing”

“We wish to claim justice

In which forcefully taken by force

We wish to claim the heads

Who betrayed our family”

“Cruelty” / “Naïveté”

“Does killing people satisfy ye?”

“Doth living peacefully blind thee?”

“Ye never believe in others”

“Thou never see the world”

“Truth will protect us”

“Truth hath betrayed us”

“Yer’ so hard-headed”

“Thou art foolish”

“But”/”Yet”

“Me will take ye out this hamlet”

“We shall take thee see the world”

Thus the contrasting two

Made their vow

Witnessed by Memories

Engraved in Crafted Memories

When Time allows them to

They shall embark from the hamlet

Leaving those dearest behind

Claiming justice for the dearest one

With different goals in mind

They shall be free

“The boy who had found his wings,Dior

The girl who had found young trust, Tyria

What road shall they tread upon?”
