Santa Cruz was everything I needed. It calmed me and I was able to think and come to many conclusions. I left at 5:30 am and I was so stoked for the time i was going to be spending there it was awesome. i sorta know what you mean. i had no real memories when i went to the campus at santa cruz, unless you count when i was 10 & i thought i was dead after riding a roller coaster there...i was hella dizzy haha.
but yeah, everything there seems sooo right. that place really puts people in perspective i think. i really is hard to let go there... i can't wait to move there... it's gonna be sooo great.
by the way, i found out that the ramones got their name from paul mccartney... he used to use the stage name "Paul Ramon"... that's pretty damn awesome.
i'm glad you got to go. :] i didn't get the chance after all... but yeah, i'll have 4 years of it soon enough. :] & you should totally visit once i move there.
