So weird that this topic has come up twice for me today. At lunch my mom was explaining that the title for her new Artist's Statement is "Inside Out."

time is even weirder in costa rica, and i thought it was because i don't have a watch, but now i'm sure that's not why and i don't know how it happens.

i think it's probably both. there was one very important appointment to which i arrived fifteen minutes late, only to discover that the woman hadn't shown up yesterday or today at all. it's unsettling at first, but then everything's just fine. eventually i hope to stop worrying about it.
