Definitely see the doctor. Alternatively, try going to sleep an hour earlier each day until your clock's reset. For example, start by going to sleep at 6 am rather than 7 am. The next night move it to 5 am, and so on and so forth. I hope this helps!

yea I'm going to make an appointment and see what can be done about it. I'll try what you suggested and see how it goes. It sucks I fell asleep last night at 11pm i was so tired, which is great, but then i randomly woke up wide awake at 2am and couldnt sleep til around 8am. Hopefully I'll fall out of it soon and back into a somewhat normal routine. thanks for the comment :)
