So how do you do a phone post?

You login, goto http://www.livejournal.com/manage/phonepost.bml

Fill out the information, look up a phone number (none are in Ohio).

Then just call whichever phone number you picked and enter your pin you setup and begin recording. I picked MP3 audio because it is pretty much the standard now.
