My idea is to start a shitty punk band that really only knows how to play "Don't Stop Believin". Then get a show booked at a bar or somewhere where people don't know us, then play a shitty set, then everyone's sick of us then a plant we have in the audience says "Play Don't Stop Believin ( Read more... )

You've got it. At other points in the show, you'll yell "fuck you!" and "you suck!" The request will sound like a joke.

Nice. I thought of that because I made a CD of songs that are fun to play loud and sing along to while I drive.

I took it on a test run tonight, and it works OK. Might need a little revision. Also, I'm coming up Wednesday night, just Wednesday. We should hang out.

It's a song I'm not embarrassed to karaoke (unlike my Cyndi Lauper thing) and it's been "our song" in a couple of relationships. Also I walked by the Bear Brew tonight and it was BLASTING. So good.

Also, I'm free on Wednesday, and I insist we hang out. I miss you!

Ah, but Journey was never cool. Also, I've never heard of "Growing Up Gotti" - is it a reality show with John Gotti's relatives?
