(no subject)

So, I was idly playing guitar between bouts of serious rehearsing when I struck a couple of chords that sounded good. "Hmm", I thought, "let's see if I can turn these into a song embryo". Well, after playing them two or three times, it became clear that I, uh, knew this song. *g*

Yeah, no shit. It was the intro to Sonic Reducer.
So, I went ahead and figured out the rest of the chords. I could have just looked for the tabs online but... where's the fun in that? *bg*

Intro:

D# C# (power chords, keep the C# chord ringing)

{C# G# A F#} x 2 (single chord, strike each note 8 times)

{C# G# A F#} x 2 (power chords, strike each 8 times)

Verse:

{C# G# A F#} x 3 (single chord, 8 times blah blah)

Bridge:

{E F# A B} (full major chords)

Chorus:

{C# A B} x 2 (power chords)

And... that's it. Go back to the top and repeat. Ah, the simplicity of punk music. ♥

OK, back to work now. *waves and runs*
