Nothing says "great day" like a surprise root canal. Blech.

Apparently you've never had a surprise rectal exam.

Sorry, about the tooth, sweets.

Yowza! I have not. I don't want to. Sounds awful. As a general rule, I prefer my pooper to be exit only.

I have this image of you walking into your office, it's all dark, you turn on the lights, and there's your dentist and his staff surrounding a dental chair and equiptment. "SURPRISE!" they all yell, as the assistant slaps the gas mask on your face and knocks your ass out.

Sorry for the crappy Thursday.

Ouch !

A couple weeks ago I had a surprise wisdom tooth extraction .. fortunately it wasn't bad at all since the tooth had mostly grown out.

Hope you're feeling better soon :-)

Oh, how I envy you. Nothing is more fun than a good old rootcanal. Unfortunatly they use anesthsia now. That took all the fun out.

Ohhhh, I used to love the laughing gas or whatever it is that they gave you whenever they were to do serious dental work on you.

The last time I had it was when I was about 16. Unfortunately, they saw I was enjoying it just a little "too much" at one point, after which they took it away from me. :oP

Funny you mention that, my boss was regaling me with tales of how high she got on laughing gas during a dentist visit when she was in college. Sounded like good times to me.
