these days I am more and more unhappy with the place i work at, mostly because i despise the stupidity of upper management. my co-worker's and my work are not appreciated. we are just support of this company, not important. I have been saying i need to get out of here. when I complained to my mom, she said that I am just too naive. jenny asked this

The Mayan calendar is cyclical. December 23, 2012 only brings about the end of the fourth age and the start of the fith, if I remember my cycles correctly. Whether or not the end of the cycle means the end of mankind, is debated.

And the Maya are not extinct. The Mayan civilization as it once existed is no more, but there are large populations of native Mayan and mixed Mayan and Spanish people living in Guatemla, Belieze, and parts of Honduras and Southern Mexico/Yucatan.

leave it to your local neighborhood archaeologist to have lots of useless knowledge.

well, there is no more calendar years after 2012, so we will have to wait and see

yeah there is, they have another full cycle calculated out because they have astronomical events predicted hundreds of years into the future, as well as back into the past.
