a bad case of diarrhea, which forced me to wake up in the middle of the night.   my plan to go to see the rose parade is thus canceled.  i am spending new year's day at home watching the parade and the rose bowl on tv.  sadly michigan lost the game

I'm back to work today. First day after the new year, already tons of stuff to do. it's just crazy. a big headache.

The rose parade float decoration looks really nice. the goose is huge. you must had a lot of fun there. i watched the rose bowl yesterday and i learned some of the football rules, so i can follow as they play. guess you know the rules already. usc won. too bad for michigan. they didn't do well this season.

btw, it's so cool to see you pics on the newspaper.
