It’s coming up on a year that I’ve had my digital SLR camera, and my journey of becoming more than just a picture taker and becoming a hobbyist if not full fledged photographer.
Many times I’ve wondered what exactly being a photographer entails and I’ve come to a few satisfactory ideas, but not enough I feel.

go on line and hunt down a standard non disclosure agreement and adjust it to what you want it to say about how you handle your photos that you take.
and then make it part of your website. then when someone says..."i don't know.." you can say i have a non disclosure agreement if you want to look it over and then you come to an agreement on how to handle their pictures that you take.
it's the best suggestion i can make for CYA and people with the shutterbug shyness.
