yay for new plugs! i love the moonface ones though! sad one has a crack :-\ hopefully they will take them back, contact customer service maybe?

they might not take them back if the damaged plug is one of the cleranced ones. but it never hurts to try baf is generaly very good about these kinds of things.

Seth will DEFINITELY give you a new pair if you shoot him an email if those are the full-price ones, not clearance. Shoot him an email!

Not at all. I got a pair of definitely-not-firsts oval gws plugs, and they were refunded because they were so poorly matched. The point is that they weren't specifically labelled clearance, so they don't say "EXPECT imperfections." Besides, a crack on the wearable is just plain bad for your ears, and BAF never wants to sell anything unwearable / damaging.
