The Young Veins! (+ Z Berg!) Concert Review
congrats if you read it all the way through
it's not short but full of good stuff i promise(;
so me and my friend gloria get to the venue @ 6pm. doors open @ 7. so we wait in line. I passed out Cassidy Haley flyers up and down the line. Most people were nice and took them and said thanks! His new album comes out on Itunes on Tuesday and you should totally check him out @ (cassidyhaley.com & youtube.com/cassidyhaley). Mission accomplished! I gave away half of the flyers I had.
We saw Erik when we first got there, walking by. A bit later, We saw Ryan Ross and Z berg holding hands walking on the sidewalk and crossing the street. I was like is that who i think it is ahah. They are so presh omg. She was wearing a white dress and he was wearing a pale blue shirt and pink pants, ahah. A few people did unfortunately go run after him. I respected their privacy and didn't even take pictures from afar! I was too busy oogling over them.
Saw them again walking down the opposite way and he had his hand on her neck, so cute.
for some reason the venue who with my experience has never cared about cameras decided to be totally harsh and not allow them. made me wish i had an iphone bc my phone doesnt take good pics. so i freaked out and called my mom to come back so she could get our cameras. doors opened before she arrived and thanks to Cassidy Haley's gigantic folder of flyers, my camera got sneaked in!!! & also snuck in a water bottle :p
Black Gold is fantastic live. They really are good. Although i only knew plans and reveries thanks to brendon urie. and they didnt sing that song. i like their music tho. ttly. I saw Jon walker and Z berg walk by during their set.
And then it was time for The Young Veins! Wooooo!
They were setting up and we saw Z berg walk into the pit below us! She had a drink in her hand and was in a different dress. it was black with a white collar and sort of cut out and tied in the back.
There were four people dancing to black gold, which erik dedicated a song to and they were dancing to tyv too. they also really liked Z berg.

there were also like four girls who were above the pit on our level and were rly loud during black gold and were more than likely druuunk.
first of all i did not expect for tyv to be so tiny! theyre so cute and tiny! Jon walker wore a grey tshirt, pants and flip flops! yeeeh. flip flop in florida! haha earlier that day erik tweeted about it being rly hot in fl and how he couldnt take it since he was a northern boy and he was wearing all black so uh whtd u expect :p
anyways everyone else in tyv were wearing long sleeve shirts, pants, and closed toe shoes :p
ryan ross of course had on a collard shirt and jacket with pants. it matched tho! haha.
Z berg danced to tyv's set and was being too cute (and distracting) smiling and being cute. after she got her second drink she moved closer in the pit and her and ryan ross exchanged many smiles. so fucking presh youve got no idea!
during young veins die tonight: "We're in looooooove." *Ryan looks at Z and smiles* :3

so cute. i thought i'd die of a cute overdose srsly.
they played 3 covers and Security is my fav cover. it suits ryans voice very well and its cute.
my fav song off of their album is dangerous blues. i loved that one. he said it was kind of a love song :3
no wonder i love it.
i recorded the sound with my phone in my purse. its not horrible but not great quality. saw some flashes of cameras throughout black gold and tyvs set but didnt pay attn to wht happened and was too chicken to risk it with all the security guards lurking. they rly are intimidating!
during change, their last song, beach balls were thrown haha! bc tyv had them for sale with a towel haha. it was SO much fun!
this one lady caught one of the beach balls and aimed right at Ryan and it hit his mic stand and startled him. it was so funny!
he also said that the orlando show was the best one on tour so far! i thought the venue would be less filled. it was pretty good :D
im glad ppl came to see them and even if they didnt how could you not like them. lol earlier black gold said that tyv was coming on after them and would rock ur face off or something like that haha.
ryan also liked orlando bc thats where his 3 favorite bands from:

& the backstreet boys
haha! so jon laughed and dedicated the next song, which he sang, to nysync haha.
(& wasnt it nysync ryans first concert w/spencer? lol)
while they were unloading the stage i took stalkery pics of them onstage with my shitty camera phone and took a 14 second video that features ryan ross haha. of course.
So we went by the merch to wait for them to stop loading so we could meet them! also earlier i had bought a tyv shirt & cd & their merch guy i dont know his name was soooo nice! i wanted a small and he couldnt find one and he ws like if u ever have to sell shirts make sure you put them in size order! haha. he couldnt find a small. a medium would be too big he and the girl next to me said. so i went with an xtra small ): im tiny but i dont like tight fitting clothing and was :/. he was super nice and said that i could come back later to exchange it if dan was there and had any since hes the one who made the mess haha. super nice merch dude tho omg. i went back and no luck! oh well :p
so they finally were done :D
we were waiting for jon bc thts who came out first. silently freaked out when we saw ryan come out! we were waiting behind these two girls and jon saw us and smiled. it was our turn soon enough. he was very nice and very thankful that we came etc (:
we never have anything to say but we were all like you guys were amazing etc. <3
then ryan was behind the merch table and the other tyv members were around as well. ryan was our first priority, sorry guys hah. we had both bought cds so they could sign something. yay instant conversation and lyrics yay! words! haha i always get the lyrics wrong and itunes doesnt come with lyrics! but it did come with the beautiful ryan/z duet. anyways
we got him to sign our booklets too and i was <3___<3
he was thankful to us for coming to their show. they are were rly thankful (: all i wanted to do was rly youre awesome and amazing and wonderful. thank youuuuuu. hahaha.
we went got a pic with him after we saw someone else do it not behind the merch table. again i was all <3___<3 and he touched my shoulder & <3___<3 & total fangirling on the inside :D
Andy is really nice and super cute, he can sing back up nicely. also i loved him on the take a vacation acoustic vid & the little interview that went along with it from a few days ago.
i always wish i had more to say tho haha.
Nick Murray is a cutie and does not look old enough to drink. for some reason or another he must be easy to talk to bc i chatted him up.
i told him i liked the beachball thing during change and hes like i didnt know that was going to happen etc. & i was like yeh it came out of nowhere and flew over my head haha. he, like ryan, said that this show was the most fun so far :D
we were talking while this pic was being taken so i have a ridic face haha.
next was Nick White. he was nice and thankful too (:
again i wish i had more to say.
also one of the crazy girls from earlier was in the picture booth with jwalk haha. jwalk is sucha nice guy :p

then we saw someone talking a pic with her so we went for it but then she was walking away! good thing she stopped to talk to jwalk and nick murray bc we caught her!
i tapped her and was like hey im a fan of you etc could i take a pic with u? and she was like sure etc! & was so cute omg. she just radiates cute and it cannot be contained. this is my fav pic ever haha. (and i met ryan ross and her & her pic with me made me go :D !)
i love her and the like. i want their cd nowwwwwww. i knew some songs before but now have listened to their music on myspace. <333
This was also her last time seeing their show bc someone asked if she was going to be at the gainsville one. and also gloria got the last tyv cd they had :D
also when i was trying to get a pic with her apparently we were in the way for rooney to set up & she was like "we're causing trouble already."
haha. so nice and seems like its easy to get along & have a conversation with her. i rly like her. shes pretty and awesome and pretty awesome.

and this is the shirt i bought. the colors are not the best but i love the lettering! i love that their merch is reasonable too!
so needless to say i had an amazing time.
and ot but wht made it better was the donuts i had afterward and that my dog had no accidents in the house yay!
