Sometimes he says good things, but he has this condescending, anti-religious attitude. Islamophobia, sexism, etc. Just. Ugh.

My mom and I bond over disliking Bill Maher too! In our case, it's compounded by the fact that we are also Mahers. (I'm pretty sure we aren't related to him, at least! But I do keep having to mention him to explain how to pronounce my name, because fewer people know who Sean Maher is and he's the only other one I know of. :p)
