OJ and I especially enjoyed perusing our CC&Rs because while they are clearly some boilerplate thing from somewhere, someone has to have actually done the things they prohibit. Like drilling for oil. And then there are always the interesting loopholes -- ours allow four or fewer "commonly recognized household pets." I'm pretty sure almost anyone could recognize a tiger... :)
