Ok, so Im totally fucking through with all this shit. I didnt do anything earlier, because it wasn't too much of a bother, but now the shits about to hit the fan, and Im about to kill someone. So yeah, for those of you who do not already know Amanda C is hella obsessed with me and she talks about all of this crap and stuff like shes going to suck

James just a little advice. When i have a problem with one of my employees back talking me or spreading rumors about me i usually pull them aside and have a counciling session with them. talk to them about what has been said and about how it needs to stop. Make sure that you tell them that your also writing them up and putting a copy of the whole conversation you had with them as well as the rumors/backtalking itself. Tell them the next time it happens you will fire them on the spot. Trust me it works, ive had to do it three times this season myself!
