Not a lot of people can pull off orange. This is such an intense orange that it might bring out the more.... orangey overtones in your skin, so I'd go with no.
I second the suggestion about asking for it on a plain shirt (or on a shade of orange that isn't orange-like-burning). If they offer it as a wall decal, why not.
Couldn't they have just done red dammit? My opinion is that it's not going to be an everyday occurrence and we're not all obsessed about looking good everyday. As long as you can look down at your own shirt and smile. :) The other thing I hear is tying a scarf around the neck to block off the color if it doesn't match your face, but I've always found scarves too hot. Oh, or if you save it for a turtleneck day if you do turtlenecks. Then you can wear it over the turtleneck.
Otherwise, I don't think anyone should wear orange. The color makes me murderous.
Like Oberstein wrote, it is an awfully intense shade of orange. I think you're a little too pink in tone to be able to wear it. However, if you really like the shirt, go ahead and get it. I have this red and yellow shirt now, and yellow isn't a good color for me, but I really like the subject so I wear it anyway.
Commissioning a custom color is a great idea, however.
