Katie, I am officially considering giving up. The game has become not quite a game anymore, and I don't want to make it any less of a game than what it already is reduced to. So I'm considering just shutting down all the plans now. And while I don't want to admit it, the goal really does seem less and less achieveable. I hate giving up on my goals

occasionally you find yourself striving for things you know aren't possible. It doesn't necessarily mean you can or should give up. The process is what is rewarding, if it's something you better your life with just by working on (even if it means spending lots of time on it and sacrificing other things you want to do) then maybe it doesn't matter whether you finally get what you've wanted. Who knows, you might surprise yourself and succeed.
