And boy, was I (trying hard to ignore experience) relieved, until stewardess reminded me why that *apology* did not exactly mean they wouldn't do something like this (or worse) again:

As a dot.com survivor I can only say this makes way too much sense...sigh. Just mho, but I've backed up my lj journal and set up a copy at Greatest Journal just in case.
