No, I don't think it's smut either. It's sort of a languid heat between them two and the collarbone = ♥ (I've been staring at Tezuka's collarbone ever since bookshop made that post about collarbone-licking. And yes, it is very hot.)

I love how Ryoma still mentions tennis when he is sprawled on Tezuka. =D And "Ryoma," Tezuka-buchou all but whispers, voice throaty and vibrating beneath his cheek. Are we seeing a new side to the Breathy Buchou Voice? In which Buchou has a breathy voice instead of Ryoma calling him Buchou in a breathy voice.

See, I have been thinking about the collarbone thing since like Genius 285. In an "asdfgl Tezuka is so hot and OMG Ryoma needs to be licking his collarbones" sort of way.
